If the connection can not be made, this can have several causes. Unfortunately, there is no universal solution.
Go to settings (right top) and activate "I'm behind a firewall".
You need Flash-Player Version 10.1 or higher; Version 11.9.900.117 or 11.9.900.152 is recommended. Please update to this version.
Important: Plese install Flash-Player for Windows and Internet Explorer.
